Choosing the way you will bring your future children into this world is something that deserves deep consideration in all aspects of the process. Everyone's journey to parenthood is a unique one to them. When we walked into our first reproductive endocrinology doctors appointment, we set out trusting whatever path our doctors told us to do without any other knowledge. I'm not saying I have any regrets, but I wish I was more informed. I wish I knew my options before jumping headfirst in a plan that was chosen FOR me and not BY me. Knowing what I know now, I could have saved us years of heartache and thousands of dollars simply by being informed. From understanding that at-home IUI was an option, to maximizing egg quality for better embryos, to knowing what some of these medications could to do me, along with deeply thinking about what sperm to choose and understanding those effects on my future children. My goal with ModernMoms is to do just that; ensure that you understand your options, make an informed and empowered decision, guide you through your unique process while assisting you to maximize your results while saving time and money. Our path to get here wasn't an easy one
My wife Megan and I embarked on an incredible journey to expand our family, facing a challenging three-year fertility adventure that included 9 IUIs, 3 IVF, 2 embryo transfers, a miscarriage, and over $30,000 in expenses. But then came the amazing twist! When we decided to grow our family again, two at-home IUIs worked on the very first tries—what a game changer! This eye-opening experience inspired me to create ModernMoms Fertility, where my mission is to empower same-sex couples and single women on their own journeys with the personalized roadmap and support I wish I had. I’m incredibly passionate about helping others save time, money, and heartache, guiding toward a more direct and joyful path to parenthood!

Can the plans be adjusted?

My qualifications come from lived experience—navigating 9 IUIs, 3 IVF cycles, and donor selection personally—combined with extensive research and successful and additional training in holistic fertility coaching. Unlike medical professionals who may have technical knowledge but not personal experience, I've been exactly where you are and found both challenging and streamlined paths to success.
How soon should we start working with a fertility coach?
Ideally, 3-6 months before you plan to begin inseminations or treatments. This timeline allows for implementing holistic health adjustments, thoroughly researching donor options, and creating a comprehensive plan. However, I can provide value at any stage of your journey, even if you've already begun treatments.
